Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s important that an artwork feels right in your home. For peace of mind if for any reason you change your mind you can return the painting within two weeks of receiving it, for a full refund. The painting must be returned to me undamaged and you bear the cost of return postage. Please contact me and we’ll start the process.

  • Yes, I offer a commission service where the details of the artwork are specified by the client. The design is agreed beforehand and a deposit taken to start work, with 2 further instalments in-progress and on completion.

    I also offer ‘first refusal’ service for clients who have more flexible requirements. No design is specified but we discuss what you are looking for eg “rectangular road sign under 60cm“ or “small landscape with yellow flowers”. You will be contacted (up to 3 times) when I have new work which suits broadly what you are looking for - there is no obligation to buy and you have 14 days to decide.
