Prints

Royal Mail tracked: your order should arrive within 3-4 business days. Please ensure you have a safe dry space in which your delivery can be left if needed.
Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm: you can nominate a delivery day Mon-Sat. Please allow 2 days despatch time and email me with your nominated date after placing your order. It needs to be signed for on delivery.
A3 prints are packaged flat. Larger prints are rolled in a tube. I use biodegradable / recyclable materials where possible.
All prints are too big for a letter box, so please ensure you have a dry ‘safe space’ available for delivery if you don’t have a parcel box, or use the special delivery service.
If you change your mind you can return the print within two weeks of receiving it, for a full refund. The print must be returned undamaged and you bear the cost of return postage.
Please take photographs of the packaging and damage and contact me. You can return the damaged item and we will refund your postage costs and arrange replacement item or full refund.
I don’t currently offer a framing service, all prints are posted out unframed.
